1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using CityHubPro, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role

CityHubPro operates as a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. Unless expressly stated, CityHubPro is not the direct provider of listed services.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to register.
  • You must provide accurate and updated account information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
  • We may request verification documents for safety, compliance, or fraud prevention.

4. Provider Status and Responsibilities

Service providers are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of CityHubPro. Providers are solely responsible for service quality, licenses, permits, tax compliance, insurance, and lawful conduct.

5. Bookings and Service Contract

A booking request placed by a customer becomes confirmed only after provider acceptance. The service contract is between customer and provider. CityHubPro may assist in communication, status tracking, and dispute handling but does not guarantee provider performance.

6. Pricing, Fees, and Charges

  • Displayed service pricing is set by providers unless otherwise stated.
  • A platform fee (currently 5%) may apply to bookings.
  • Providers may request extra charges only through Platform workflow and only where customer approval is obtained when required.
  • Applicable taxes, where required by law, may be added.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed as cash, prepaid, or other available methods depending on booking flow. You authorize us and/or integrated payment partners to process eligible transactions and maintain transaction records.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Detailed cancellation, return, and refund rules are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. User Conduct

You must not misuse the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, fake reviews, unauthorized scraping, malware distribution, attempts to bypass platform protections, and off-platform solicitation intended to evade fees.

10. Reviews, Content, and IP

  • Users may post reviews that are truthful, lawful, and non-defamatory.
  • We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates law or these Terms.
  • CityHubPro branding, software, and platform content remain our intellectual property or licensed property.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CityHubPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the Platform or third-party services.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CityHubPro, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe there is policy breach, legal risk, security risk, fraud, abusive conduct, or non-compliance with verification requirements.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Platform use.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance.
