Grievance Redressal

1. Introduction
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, CityHubPro has appointed a Grievance Officer to address user complaints and data privacy concerns related to the Platform.

3. What You Can Report
- Complaints about service quality, provider behavior, or platform functionality.
- Concerns about your personal data being collected, processed, or shared improperly.
- Request for access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- Reports of objectionable, defamatory, or unlawful content on the Platform.
- Copyright or intellectual property infringement claims.
- Any violation of our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.
4. How to File a Grievance
Send an email to grievance@cityhubpro.com with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- A clear description of the complaint or concern.
- Booking number or relevant reference (if applicable).
- Supporting evidence such as screenshots, documents, or transaction records.
5. Acknowledgment and Resolution Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of receiving the complaint (on working days).
- Resolution: We will endeavor to resolve your grievance within 15 days from the date of receipt, or within 30 days for complex matters requiring detailed investigation.
- If additional time is needed, you will be informed of the reason and expected resolution timeline.
6. Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or consumer forum as permitted under applicable Indian law.
7. Data Privacy Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access information about how your data is being processed.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Request erasure of your personal data (subject to legal obligations and platform operational needs).
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing.
- Nominate a person to exercise your data rights in case of your death or incapacitation.
