For Customers
Browse services from the homepage or search for a specific service. Click on a service to see details, then click "Book Now". Fill in your preferred date, time, and address, then submit your booking request. The provider will accept or decline your request.
Yes, you can cancel a booking while it is in "Pending" or "Accepted" status. Go to My Bookings, find the booking, and click the "Cancel" button. Once the service has started or been completed, cancellation is not possible.
Currently, all payments are made directly to the service provider after the service is completed. The booking amount shown includes the service charge. Online payment options will be available soon.
After your booking is marked as "Completed", a "Leave Review" button will appear on your bookings page. You can rate the provider (1-5 stars) and write a detailed review about your experience.
Go to your Profile page and scroll down to the "Delete Account" section. Click "Delete My Account" to deactivate your account. For permanent data deletion, contact our Grievance Officer.
If the provider does not show up at the scheduled time, you can contact them via chat or raise a support ticket from your dashboard. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action, including possible suspension of the provider's account.
For Service Providers
Click "Register → Partner Registration" from the navigation menu. Fill in your details, select your service category, and submit your registration. After registration, you'll need to complete KYC verification by uploading identity documents.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a one-time process where you upload your identity document (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) and an address proof. This helps us verify your identity and build trust with customers. Your documents are reviewed within 24-48 hours.
Once registered and KYC-approved, go to your Dashboard → My Services → Add Service. Fill in the service title, description, pricing, and upload photos of your work. Your service will be listed on the platform immediately.
When a customer books your service, you'll see the booking request on your Dashboard → Bookings. You can accept or decline the request. Once accepted, you can view the customer's contact details and address.
CityHubPro charges a small platform fee (currently 5%) on each completed booking. This fee covers platform maintenance, customer support, and marketing. The fee is automatically calculated and shown in your earnings breakdown.
Go to Dashboard → Earnings to view your total earnings, completed jobs, and earnings breakdown by booking. The dashboard also shows your average rating and total reviews.

Yes, browsing and booking services on CityHubPro is completely free for customers. Service providers pay a small platform fee only on completed bookings.

CityHubPro is available across India. Service availability depends on whether there are registered providers in your area. We use pincode-based matching to connect you with nearby providers.
All service providers undergo KYC verification with government-issued identity documents. Additionally, customer reviews and ratings help maintain quality. Providers with consistently poor ratings may be suspended from the platform.
